NCRPO: Metro nearly crime-free during Pacquiao fight

As in Manny Pacquiao’s previous fights, the crime rate in Metro Manila dropped to zero while the bout between the boxing champ and challenger Joshua Clottey was being aired live either on television or the radio, according to the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).
